- 1. In these conditions the term "Delegate" would mean individual (single person) who has made payment or on whose behalf the payment is made for participation in SMART Convention and Property Expo 2015 ("SCPE") and term"Organisers" shall means South MetroCity Association of Realtors ("SMART") and its trustees.
- 2. SMART at its sole discretion reserves right of admission for a delegate at SCPE.
- 3. At the time of admission at venue, the Delegate will be provided with a kit, which would contain coupons for food and beverages as well as cocktail dinner at designated venue, coupon for claiming return gift, coupon for winning lucky draw prize. Delegate will be under obligation to produce the same on demand by respective service providers. In the event of loss of such coupons, no new coupons will be provided. Delegate is therefore required to take utmost care of coupons and kit provided to him.
- 4. Seats for Convention would be as per directions of Orgainsers. Delegate understands that certain seats for Conventions would be reserved for VIP's and dignitaries. Delegate undertakes not to occupy them at any circumstances. Orgainsers reserves its right and shall have full power to allocate the seat of any delegate in their sole opinion and delegate shall accept the same without any protest or demure or any claim for goodwill or otherwise.
- 5. In case of failure or breach on the part of delegate to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned herein or for non observance of any directions from the Organisers, Organisers reserves it right to evict such delegate from the Convention and may restrict his participation in Property Expo 2015.
- 6. Delegate agrees and undertakes not to commit any such acts or omissions which would results in to nuisance or obstructions for Organisers or other delegates or cause any destruction to property of Organisers or venue owners or third parties. Organisers reserves it right to claim and recover any such damage or loss caused to the property of Organisers or venue owners or third parties from delegate by initiating such action as the Organisers may deem fit and proper.
- 7. Utmost care has been taken by the Organisers with regards to ensuring safety measures for the delegate however, Organisers will not be responsible for the safety of any delegate, his property, or any other person, for loss or damage, caused by theft, or fire, storm, tempest, lightning, national emergency, war, labour disputes, strikes or lockouts, civil disturbances, explosion, inevitable accident, force majeure, or any other cause not within the control of the Organisers or for any loss or damage occasioned, if by reason of happenings of any such event whereby opening of the Convention or Property Expo is prevented or postponed, or abandoned, or a venue becomes wholly or partially unavailable, for holding Convention or Property Expo.
- 8. If in the opinion of the Organisers, by re-arrangement or postponement of the period of the Convention or Property Expo, or by substitution of another venue or space within the venue, or any other reasonable manner, the Convention or Property Expo can be carried through, the Organisers will try to do so.
- 9. The Organisers accept no responsibility for breakdown or failure of any of the services provided for in connection with Convention or the Property Expo.
- 10. The Organisers reserve the right to alter, add to, or amend any of these Conditions. The decision of the Organisers shall be final. No alternation, addition, amendment, or waiver to or of these Conditions shall operate to release any delegate from his obligation.
- 11. Any disputes arising in connection this Convention or Property Expo shall be adjudicated by the Courts at Mumbai only.
- 12. The Organisers will not be responsible for breach of any law or regulation by a delegate and delegate also agrees to indemnify the Organisers, its trustees, its employees, its agents, its vendors, etc. from any costs, losses or damages that may be incurred.
- 13. The delegate upon signing of this registration form fully realizes and agrees that Convention and Property Expo being a trade show (Business Show) and therefore also agrees to the fact that children below the age of 16 years are not allowed to visit the show.
- 14. Delegate agrees that the liability of the Organisers shall be restricted only to the money that Organiser has received from the Delegate.
- 15. Organisers shall have a right over all the photographs, the films, shoots of the Convention and Property Expo. Further the Organiser ha the right to use the pictures of Delegate as mentioned above for the promotion of it brand and even for its forthcoming events like, Property Expos, conferences and trade fairs, etc. at various places, for marketing the products and services of its clients and for any other promotional activities or otherwise as considered fit by Organisers. Further, the Delegate agrees to indemnify Organisers against any liability which may accrue to Organisers including but not limited to claims, demands, notices, suits, proceedings made, served, instituted and/or pending by or against the Exhibitor / Delegate as a result of using the pictures etc. for the above mentioned purposes.
